Bookings are essential, and only accepted by phone to allow for discussion of riding conditions, weather, numbers, rider experience and any special requirements.

Bush Experiences offers a wide range of accommodation, activities and tours, costs vary accordingly. It is advisable to contact us with your requirements prior to booking. Special prices are available for accommodation and tour / activity packages, group and family bookings. As an indication you will find below, costings for standard bookings.

Due to booking pressure, early booking is essential.

Bush Experiences provides accommodation, meals, maps and directions, support and bush access to trail bike riders and four wheel drivers from Homestation Lodge. Riders experienced with the area can be availble to show you around.

Charges:

Basic accommodation including meals $90 per person per day (minimum of 2 days).

Weekend package includes 2 nights accomodation, cooked breakfasts, lunch and dinner, fresh fruit, tea and coffee available at all times. Meals will vary according to time of year and weather conditions, cooking will be done outdoors whenever possible.
$180.00 per person

Special discounted rates availble for groups, ring for details.

Prices are inclusive of accommodation and meals but do not include snacks and alcholic drinks. Some activities such as horse riding are supplied by others and are an additional cost.

Payment:

To minimise withdrawals and cancellations a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required with booking, with the balance payable on arrival. Extra payment due for additional services, activities or extensions are to be paid prior to departure. I apologise for any inconvenience however EFTPOS facilities are not available. Direct deposit details are available on request.

Terms And Conditions:

It is a mandatory requirement that due to the type of country, remoteness and nature of activities, all guests read, understand and sign the risk acknowledgement and liability waiver form supplied.

Parents must sign as guardian for children under 18 years of age. It is a condition of booking with Bush Experiences and staying at Home Station Lodge that all activities undertaken including trail bike riding, horse riding, bushwalking, four wheel driving, etc. are done at the risk of the participant.

Under no circumstances will Bush Experiences or it’s Operators accept or be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage that may occour.

Guests must inform Bush Experiences of any pre-existing medical conditions that may cause any concern due to the remote location and the type of activities undertaken during their bush experience.

It is the rider’s responsibilty to ensure that they are licensed and their bikes are registered and suitable for the activities that are to be undertaken.

It is recommended that all riders have Private medical and Ambulance cover.
